This step ensures sufficient raw material preparation and avoids any shortage of panels or accessories in specific colors during later production stages.

Raw Material Procurement & Shop Drawing Design / Approval
Sandwich panels are produced according to project-specific requirements, including:
• Panel thickness
• Steel sheet thickness
• Profile type
• Color selection
We use well-known Chinese pre-painted steel coil brands (Guanzhou) as raw materials.
After order confirmation, steel coils must be scheduled, prepared, and cut exclusively for each project, which requires lead time and cannot be supplied directly from stock.
At the same time, shop drawings are designed, reviewed, and confirmed, ensuring all production details are fully aligned before manufacturing starts.

Production Preparation, Manufacturing & Quality Inspection
Since different panel types and profiles require different molds, mold changes and production adjustments are necessary before manufacturing.
During production:
First-piece inspection is carried out
In-process inspections are conducted to ensure consistent quality
