Steel Structure Production Process

 

Prepair raw materials : Cut steel plate or use internation size H section steel and angle steel,round tube,round steel,square tube etc.;

 
 

Assembly and welding: Our welders will follow the drawings to assembe the steel members and weld them together as a entire beam/column/brace and so on; (Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after finish welding,this is the first quality check)

 
 

Sand blast : After finish welding and polishiing,our sand blast effect can reach internation 2.5 high grade,very good for resist rust; (Secondary quality check)

 
 

Paint : Within 2 hours after sand blast,all the steel members should be paint. Client can choose any color and any brand of paint. (The third quality check)

 
 

Inspect the goods by client : After we finish a part of fabrication work,we will invite clients to check the goods before we pack the steel frame.

 
 

Packing and loading : If clients require us to load the goods by close containers,we will pack the steel structure members one by one on the steel skid and tie the whole steel package well. (The fourth quality check )

 

The Basic Components of Steel Structure

 

Main rigid frame: Composed of columns and beams;If there is a crane, a crane girder is also included.
A. Common materials: Q235, Q355;
B. Common cross-sectional forms of beams and columns: H-shaped steel, trusses (beams are mostly used), lattice columns;
C. Common structural forms: Portal rigid frame, frame structure;

 

Support system: Including tie rods, horizontal supports, inter-column supports, and corner supports.
A. Tie rods are usually used: Steel pipes, rectangular pipes;H-beam, channel steel, C-beam, angle iron and so on can also be used;
B. The inter-column support is usually used: Round steel, steel pipe, angle iron;H-beam, channel steel, I-beam, etc. can also be used;
C. Angle braces are usually used: Angle iron;

 

Enclosure system: Including purlins, purlins rods, roof panels, wall panels, doors, windows, lighting panels, and gas floors.
A. Purlin: Mainly used, C-shaped steel and Z-shaped steel are cold-formed with hot-drawn steel plate and hot-rolled galvanized steel plate.
B. Wall and roof color plates: Mainly using high-strength, cold-rolled color steel plates, galvanized or aluminum-zinc color steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, and titanium alloy plates.Commonly used in China is galvanized or aluminum-zinc color steel plate.

Packaging Details

Special steel pallets that may be fully adapted to marine containers and provide optimal space utilization are packed inside the industrial steel construction.

The fundamental idea behind component bundling is that big components should encircle smaller ones to stop component scattering.

In order to increase friction and prevent stiff contact between the steel construction parts, they should be cushioned with wooden squares or rubber blocks.

To avoid scattering, reinforce with fasteners after packaging.

Delivery time

Generally, it will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Payment term

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
