On March 30, the launching meeting for the compilation of the Atlas of Fine Stone Concrete Reinforced Truss Floor Decking with No-Removal Bottom Plate (hereinafter referred to as the "Atlas") was held at Duowei Green Building Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The Atlas were initiated by the China Construction Metal Structure Association and co-edited by Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Duowei Union Group Co., Ltd.
At the meeting, more than 30 experts and scholars from China Construction Metal Structure Association, Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and other institutions conducted in-depth discussions on the standard and specification requirements for the compilation of the atlas, the main content and the progress to ensure the scientificity, practicality and foresight.
After the meeting, the experts visited the production base of Duowei Green Building (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and inspected the production process of floor decking, key points of quality control, and the application of new technologies and processes. They intuitively experienced the advanced automated production and standardized operation process of the Duowei Green Building production base, as well as the perfect quality control system.
As a new generation of floor decking products, fine stone concrete Bottom-plate-free steel truss floor decking can be widely used in schools, residences, hospitals and public buildings without ceilings, and has significant comparative advantages and economic value of "functional integration, process simplification, and circular value-added". The compilation of this atlas will play a positive role in providing design basis standards, standardizing construction processes, improving construction efficiency, ensuring project quality, promoting technical exchanges and promotion, and driving the standardization of the industry.
