The company's Product Testing Center consists of a comprehensive laboratory, mechanical laboratory, environmental laboratory, chemical laboratory, and wind uplift resistance testing platform. The center is capable of carrying out more than 30 types of physical and chemical tests related to metals, organic coatings, chemical raw materials, thermal insulation materials, and more. It also has the capability to conduct testing and process R&D experiments for raw materials and finished products of sandwich panels such as Fire Resistance Rock Wool Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel, steel structures, and steel bar truss deck systems, providing strong assurance for product quality.
Testing & Experiment

Chemical Composition Testing (Spectrometer Analysis)
Spectrometer analysis is a key method for determining the chemical composition of steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, and other metal materials. It offers advantages such as high speed, accuracy, and non-destructive testing, ensuring that steel grades meet specified requirements, enabling controllable material performance and engineering safety.
Thermal Conductivity / Heat Transfer Coefficient
The heat transfer coefficient of sandwich panels is used to evaluate their thermal insulation performance. According to environmental temperature, indoor and outdoor temperature differences, and other project requirements, the core material type and thickness of the sandwich panel can be properly selected to reduce energy consumption and prevent condensation.

Flexural Load-Bearing Capacity Test
The flexural load test is one of the most important mechanical performance tests for sandwich panels. It is used to determine the load-bearing capacity and deformation performance of sandwich panels under applied loads, ensuring sufficient structural strength and the ability to safely withstand lateral forces such as wind loads and self-weight in practical engineering applications.
Bonding Strength Test
The bonding strength test is a testing method used to determine the adhesive strength between materials by applying axial tensile force. It ensures the structural integrity and safety of sandwich panels.

Peel Test
The peel test is a key method used to evaluate the bonding quality between the facings and the core material of sandwich panels. It is primarily used to measure the uniformity and integrity of the bond between the core and the metal facings, ensuring both the appearance quality and mechanical performance of the sandwich panel.
Hydrophobicity Test-Fire Resistance Rock Wool Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel
The hydrophobicity test is defined as the percentage of the sample volume that is not occupied by water after being sprayed with a specified water flow under prescribed conditions. Rock wool boards are mainly composed of fibrous materials, and when rock wool fibers absorb water, the thermal conductivity increases. To ensure stable thermal insulation performance during use, hydrophobic agents must be added to produce hydrophobic rock wool.

Testing of sandwich panels in the factory is an essential part of quality control. Through systematic inspection of raw materials, production processes, and finished products, we can ensure that the panels meet the required standards in terms of mechanical performance, thermal insulation, and durability.
We always place quality at the core of our operations. With a well-established laboratory system and advanced testing equipment, we implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process-from raw materials to final products. This ensures stable performance, reliable quality, and provides safe, energy-efficient, and durable solutions for various building applications.
