DUOWEI TDM & TDV Steel Bar Truss Deck
The DUOWEI TDM and TDV Steel Bar Truss Deck is an advanced composite deck system designed for efficient and robust concrete floor construction. It integrates a prefabricated steel truss with a galvanized steel deck, forming a single, unified unit that serves multiple functions throughout the construction process.

Product Concept & Key Advantages
This system functions as a permanent formwork. The deck is manufactured in a factory where a steel truss, made from reinforcing bars, is welded directly to a galvanized steel base plate. This innovative design offers significant advantages on the construction site:
Immediate Load-Bearing: During the construction phase, the deck itself is strong enough to support workers, wet concrete, and other construction loads.
Simplified Installation: It can be laid directly onto supporting beams, drastically reducing setup time.
Integrated Reinforcement: The deck acts as both the permanent formwork and the primary bottom reinforcement for the concrete slab, eliminating the need for complex on-site rebar setting and traditional formwork demolition.
Enhanced Efficiency: By replacing temporary formwork and streamlining the reinforcement process, it significantly accelerates construction timelines and reduces labor costs.
Product Elements
The TDM and TDV decks are composed of the following key elements:
Upper Rebar: The top chord of the truss.
Lower Rebar: The bottom chord of the truss.
Web Rebar: The diagonal bars that connect the upper and lower chords, providing shear resistance.
Deck (Steel Plate): The galvanized steel base plate.
Support Rebar: Additional bars for stability and bearing.
