Recently, the Intelligent Green Factory of Zhengzhou Swire Coca-Cola successfully held its inauguration ceremony. In recognition of its outstanding contributions to this project, Duowei Group was awarded the title of "Excellent Construction Partner". This honor serves as authoritative recognition of Duowei's professional capabilities throughout the entire process from design to construction.

The Zhengzhou Swire Coca-Cola project boasts a magnificent overall design, with the concise and vivid red-and-white color scheme. The "Coke Red" strips surrounding the factory building not only highlight the brand's vitality but also achieve a perfect balance between aesthetics and waterproof performance through an external cladding design. This design reinforces the brand's visual identity, making the factory a unique industrial landmark in the city.

With a single slope length exceeding 100 meters, the roof of this project posed a significant challenge to waterproofing design and construction. Duowei Group adopted the DW-19(metal roofing sheets)system with Class I waterproof performance, achieving a continuous, lap-free structure. Through sophisticated transverse expansion joint design and staggered lap joint technology, the system not only ensures the overall thermal expansion and contraction performance of the roof but also delivers excellent waterproof results. This successful solution addresses the industry-wide dilemma of balancing functionality and aesthetics in large-span roof structures.
