Cleanliness Characteristics:
Stain-Resistant and Easy to Clean - The surface is mostly covered with special coating (e.g., epoxy resin, PVDF). It has no pores and does not absorb dirt. Daily cleaning can be done with clean water or neutral detergent.
Antibacterial and Bacteriostatic - They are added with antibacterial components, which can inhibit the growth of common pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
No Dust Shedding - The joints of the panels can be sealed (e.g., with special sealant). The panels themselves do not shed powder or fibers, thus avoiding contamination of the clean environment (e.g., meeting the dust-free requirements of electronic factories).
Structural and Durability Characteristics:
Composite Structure with High Strength - Most adopt a "core material + panel" composite structure. The overall structure has strong impact resistance and deformation resistance, is not easy to crack, and has a long service life.
Fire Retardant - Fire resistant materials with a fire resistance rating of Class A non-combustible are mostly used as core materials, which can meet the fire safety requirements of clean areas. They are especially suitable for crowded places or areas with flammable risks such as hospitals and electronic workshops.
Weather Resistant and Corrosion Resistant - The surface coating or panel has good acid and alkali resistance as well as moisture resistance. It is not easy to rust or age in humid environments (e.g., food processing workshops) or environments with slightly corrosive gases (e.g., laboratories).

Construction and Practical Characteristics:
Convenient Installation - Adopting a modular splicing design, it can be quickly assembled on-site, reducing on-site cutting and welding, shortening the construction period. Moreover, little dust is generated during the installation process, which meets the construction requirements of clean environments.
Flat and Aesthetic - The surface has high flatness, and a variety of colors are available (e.g., white, light gray, commonly used in hospitals and laboratories). Customization is also possible according to needs, which helps maintain a neat and uniform appearance of the clean area.
Sound Insulation and Thermal Insulation - If core materials such as rock wool or polyurethane are selected, the panels can also have certain sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, balancing the clean function with environmental comfort (e.g., temperature control in hospital wards and laboratories).
