Why do you choose the Duowei PIR sandwich wall panel?
Insulated metal PIR PU foam sandwich panel provides 30-50% higher insulation performance than traditional insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool or polystyrene. Different thicknesses correspond to different heat transfer coefficients. This applies to environments that need constant temperature, such as cold storage, greenhouses, slaughterhouses, farms, etc.
The fireproof grade of the PIR sandwich panel is B1, which has a good flame-retardant effect. It is difficult to catch fire when exposed to naked flames or high temperatures in the air, and it is not easy to spread quickly. When the fire source is removed, the burning stops immediately.
At the same time, under the same vertical load conditions, PIR sandwich wall panels of different thicknesses can be selected to adapt to various building structures and design requirements with strong flexibility.

Recommended Type
There are two types of Duowei PU foam sandwich panels, secret fastened and through fastened.
For the secret fastened type, nails are concealed. This tongue and groove perform better in waterproof and wind resistance.

Process Flow
From decoiling to packaging, Duowei adopts automatic integrated production technology. With strict control over every link, the finished PIR PU foam sandwich panel has high flatness and excellent quality.


Packaging
The PIR PU foam sandwich panel is packed with plastic film. The steel sheets at each corner provide special protection to avoid collision during transportation. The steel channel underneath facilitates loading into containers. The product name, model and other information are printed on the packaging for identification and management, improving work efficiency.
