The TDM,TDV steel truss deck is formed by the upper rebar, lower rebar, web rebar, deck and support rebar.
Specification
Upper, lower rebar: Grade 3 coiled hot-rolled HRB400 or cold-rolled ribbed Grade CRB550.
Web rebar: cold-rolled plain rebar.
Deck steel plate : galvanized steel plate, the thickness is 0.4-1.0mm (TDV) \ 0.4-0.7mm (TDM) , and the zinc content on both sides should not be less than Z120 grade.

A floor plate product which can increase customer value.
- We cut out the factors which could lead to an increase in the cost of materials.
The purpose of profiled sheet is changed, and it is just used as the template in construction stage of floor plate, reducing the used amount of profi led sheet and lowering requirements on anti-corrosion coating of profiled sheet.
- We change the stress mode of floor plate during construction stage
In construction stage, stiffness is provided by steel bar truss instead of by profiled sheet. Thus, greater stiffness of floor plate can be provided, applicable to larger floor plate span without supporting.
- We reduce the cost of customer maintenance in later period.
Profiled sheet is used only as template in construction stage, without need to deal with fire resistance. It is no need for its anti-corrosion to meet the requirements of service life of buildings. Therefore, it is no need to consider the cost of maintenance.

- The supper load capacity of welding joint
The width of the "M" type up-right rib is 2-3mm, so the welding load capacity of it is 1.5 times of the traditional "v" type.
- The supper durabilit
The distance between the welding joint and deck is 5mm, so the surface of the deck has no weld point, no rust point, the corrosion resistance is better than the TDV steel bar truss deck, it avoids the possibility of repair in service stage.
- Avoid leaking grout
Due to the deck none weld point, then there is no welding hole on the deck, so it will not leak the grout.
